Authors are requested to read and follow these guidelines before submitting a manuscript to Journal of Electrical, Electronics & Automation Engineering.

Before Submission
  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and grammatically correct English.
  • Manuscripts must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • All authors must approve the manuscript and take responsibility for its content.
  • Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word (`.doc` or `.docx`).

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be clear, concise, and logically organized.

Research Articles should generally include:

Title → Authors & Affiliations → Abstract → Keywords → Main Text → Acknowledgments → References

For Research Articles, the main text generally includes Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

The structure may be adapted according to the article type.

Title: Concise and informative; maximum 30 words. Avoid abbreviations.
Authors & Affiliations: Provide each author’s full name, department/institution, city, and country.
Corresponding Author: Provide the full name, affiliation, ORCID iD, email address, and contact details.
Abstract: Briefly describe the purpose, methods, key findings, and conclusion.
Keywords: Provide relevant keywords in alphabetical order, separated by semicolons.

Figures, Tables & References
  • Number figures and tables in the order they appear in the text.
  • Cite all figures and tables in the manuscript.
  • Place figure legends below figures and table titles above tables.
  • Figures should be clear and of suitable quality. JPEG, TIFF, and EPS formats are acceptable.
  • References should follow **APA style** and be arranged alphabetically.
  • Include DOI information where available.
Ethics & Authorship

Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, and ethical integrity of their work.

Manuscripts must not contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data, or inappropriate manipulation of research results.

All listed authors must have made a meaningful contribution, approved the final manuscript, and agreed to its submission.

Ethical approval and informed consent must be obtained where applicable.

Authors should disclose relevant conflicts of interest, funding sources, and substantive use of AI tools. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Submission & Peer Review

Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.

Submitted manuscripts undergo editorial assessment and, where appropriate, peer review. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts in response to editorial or reviewer comments.

Article Processing Charges & Copyright

All articles are published as open access and are freely available online.

Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 2,519 per accepted article.

The APC is payable only after acceptance and before publication. Authors from low- and middle-income countries may be eligible for a discount or waiver upon request. For APC-related queries, please contact the editorial team.

Authors retain copyright of their published work. Articles are published under an open-access license that permits reuse and distribution with appropriate citation of the original work.
