Open Access

All Uniscience published articles are freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Publication Ethics

Uniscience commits to closely following ethical guidelines established by an international organization, i.e. Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and maintaining high standards in the publication process and provide guidance for best practices to meet these requirements.

Peer Review Policy

Articles/Manuscripts which are submitted to Uniscience Publishers undergo double-blinded peer review process. In this case the author and the reviewer are anonymous to each other. The peer-review process helps the publishing organization to select worthy research work for publication. In the peer-review process, the decision to publish a manuscript is the prerogative of a journal editor or the journal’s editorial board.

Originality and Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that they have produced completely original works, and if the authors used the work and/or words of others should be appropriately cited or quoted.

Authorship

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

All authors should include a statement disclosing any financial or other substantive conflicts of interest that may be construed to influence the results or interpretation of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed.

Retraction Policy

In case of complaints (from any person) with proof of plagiarism or copyright issues, the publisher will retract/remove the published article with a note on retraction mentioning the reasons and the case may be informed to the concerned author’s institution and/or funding organizations of the article. The retraction of a published article will be decided by the publisher after discussion with the concerned editor.

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors who publish with Uniscience are welcome to deposit printed/published version of submitted articles, either in an institutional repository or a non-commercial subject-based repository. Authors are kindly asked to keep the Publisher and Editorial staff informed about this type of decisions.
Please note that, in the cases of Self-Archiving, full bibliographic information (authors, article title, journal title, volume, issue, pages) about the original publication should be provided and a link made to the article’s DOI.
