This paper proposes a novel theoretical framework that integrates McGinty Equation-based Holographic Quantum Computing (MEQ-HQC) with noospheric dynamics to explore potential quantum-like properties of collective human consciousness. By examining parallels between quantum information processing and global cognitive processes, we suggest innovative approaches to understanding cultural evolution, idea propagation, and collective intelligence. Our interdisciplinary perspective, while speculative, opens new avenues for research at the intersection of quantum physics, cognitive science, information theory, and social physics. We present potential applications ranging from enhanced collective intelligence systems to novel educational paradigms, discuss methodological challenges in empirical validation, and address the ethical considerations arising from these concepts. The paper emphasizes the need for rigorous empirical testing and interdisciplinary collaboration to further develop and validate this theoretical framework.
