International Journal of Immunology and Scientific Research is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal. It plays a vital role in monitoring advancements in the field of immunology and scientific research. The journal is a valuable asset that educates individuals, organizations, and groups about various immunology aspects.

The journal offers a platform for scientists, researchers, analyses, lecturers, clinicians, and students working on various immunology and scientific research areas. The journal provides the details on immunology disorders and therapies and various other characteristic components of immune systems. It even offers details on various scientific researches related to the study of immunology.

The journal covers several key aspects of immunology and scientific research. It includes research articles on classical immunology, molecular immunology, clinical immunology, immune disorders, antigen processing, transplant immunology, immunopathology, Behavioural Immunity, Cellular Immunology, Immunotherapy, Innate and adaptive immunity, Reproductive immunology, Clinical Immunology and various other new technology in immunology.

Classical Immunology

Classical immunology is the study of the relationship between pathogens, body systems, and immunity. It deals with the fields of epidemiology and medicines. The immunology is the study of how organism response to the antigen challenges. It manages the various defense mechanisms of organisms like chemical, physical, and biological properties. The immune response is initiated by the antigen substance present in the body. The cells recognize secrete antibodies and antigens.

The term humoral response defines the interaction between antigens and antibodies. The antigens are the substances that provoke the generation of antibodies. And antibodies are the unique proteins released by certain classes of immune cells in the human body.

The immune response contributes to developing various disorders like metabolic, cardiovascular, cancer, and neurodegenerative conditions. The classical immunology created the base for the modern discoveries for fighting multiple immunological diseases and infections.

Molecular Immunology

The molecular immunology is related to the immune responses at the molecular and cellular levels. It offers a better understanding of sub-cellular immune responses for treatments and preventions of various immune diseases and disorders. The molecular immunology deals with the humoral response, immunotherapies, and invitro and invivo immunological host response.

Antigen Processing

Antigen processing, collectively known as the cytosolic pathway, formulates antigens for special cells of immune systems. The process is considered the stages of antigen presentation pathways. The antigens are processed from an organism’s own proteins and phagocytoses pathogens like bacteria.

The presentation of antigens on class I and class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules depends on the pathway used. Both Class I and II needs to bind antigens before expressed on the cell surface. The cross-presentation of antigen involves the endogenous and exogenous pathways.

Immune disorders

The dysfunctions of the immune systems are collectively known as immune disorders. Immune disorders can be caused due to the involvement of the immune systems’ components, over and under activeness of immune systems, and congenital or underactive immune system.

The immune disorder results in over or low activity of the immune systems. In the overactivity of immune systems, the body attacks and damages its own tissues. These disorders are generally known as autoimmune diseases. The immune systems’ low activity decreases the body’s ability to fight invaders that cause the infections.

The over-reaction of immune systems will cause inflammatory bowel diseases and familial Mediterranean fever. The immune disorder also results in autoimmune polyglandular syndrome and diabetes.

Immunopathology

Immunopathology is the medicinal branch that deals with the immune responses related to diseases. It includes studying pathology or illnesses associated with the immunity, immune response, and immune systems. The mismatch between host species and pathogens occurs when the animal pathogens infect a human.

The body generates an antigen-specific or non-specific response when the foreign antigens enter the body. The immunopathology refers to the process of how a foreign antigen causes the immune systems to respond. The faults in the immune systems can lead to severe illness or diseases.

Transplant immunology

Transplant immunology is an immune response study. It is related to the response produced when a tissue or organ is grafted or transplanted from one individual to another. The recipient body’s immune system views the grated tissues as foreign tissues and attacks it, which might cause a significant problem during tissue or organ transplantation.

The experiences and practices present in the international journal of immunology and scientific research provide researchers and immunologists knowledge to pass its services to the needy. It provides a platform for learners and scientists to support, share, and discuss various aspects and new scientific research in immunology.

The journal is dedicated to document and distribute valuable information for societal benefits. The journal will consider the submission of quality papers that describes the results of various scientific research. The journal of immunology and scientific research accepts the articles in the form of research articles, review articles, short communications, opinions, mini-review, and case reports on the future and current research in immunology. It involves a broad range of areas in its research area to create a platform for authors, learners, and researchers to contribute towards the journal.
