Science is the activities to explore nature, society and humans to gain knowledge. It is mainly divided into life science and physical science. All varieties of science are unified into the universal general rule. Life science is the leading science in the universe and the good science while physical science is abnormal and evil science. China is located in a four-season balanced place and an open place, which is why the universal general rule happened in China and also why the Chinese civilization has never been interrupted. Europe is located in a place where four seasons are unbalanced, which is why modern physical science happened in Europe. The overall four-seasonal movement of the Solar System is the universal background for the shift from eastern science to western science. Modern science has come to the end and is turning to eastern new science, which is the new life science combining I Ching, Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, TCM with modern technology. It includes the revival of traditional cultivation-style life science and the shift from physical AI, robots to inorganic life science. Light-speed aircraft is the key technology of the 21st century. Turning modern science into the eastern new science plus goodness accumulation is the only way out for humans to get away from disasters. Scientific and technical revolution includes two kinds. One is the significant change inside life science or physical technology and the other is the shift from life science to physical technology or the shift from physical technology to life science. This is a disruptive revolution between good and evil. The eastern new science technology must replace modern technology so as to open up humans’ moral era and the universal era.
